Metrolink often fails to respond to passengers when they ask embarrassing questions, but we will hound them for an answer.

I am Bob Arkow, the web master. I am a consumer advocate, have appeared on Dateline NBC, CNN and many others. My 1995 lawsuit against Bank of America over their telemarketing practices drew national attention.

Back then, I had what was called a crazy idea; establish a National “Do-Not-Call” list for telemarketing. As it turned out, with lots of hard work and media attention, it is now a reality. I have been some times called the father of the National “Do-Not-Call” list.

As a Metrolink passenger I have turned my attention to the Metrolink rail system, a poorly run railroad run by a bunch of appointed political hacks that could be compared to Barney Fife, of Mayberry fame. These guys can get elected in small towns, but have no idea how to run a railroad. Is it any wonder that Metrolink is one of the most dangerous rail systems in the USA?

You should give her the benefit of the doubt. Besides that, we have taken new measures against spambots in our registration procedure.
